Important Update for Our Patients
We would like to inform our patients that The Colte Partnership has dissolved. From the 1st
of April 2026, our practice will continue as an independent partnership under the leadership of:

Dr Ada McMahon GMC Number 5200322
Dr Simon Butcher GMC Number 4622651
Dr Joshua Arkley GMC Number 6157936
Please be reassured that there will be no change to the care and services you receive. Patients
will continue to access appointments, prescriptions, and clinical services in the same way as
normal. Our Doctors, nurses, and wider healthcare team remain fully committed to supporting
your health and wellbeing.
The dissolution of the Colte Partnership is an administrative change only and does not affect your
registration with your Practice. There is no need to take any action.
We would like to thank all our patients for their continued trust and support, and we look
forward to continuing to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.
