Practice manager
Mel Lodge is the practice manager at the Riverside Health Centre. She is responsible for all the non-medical business of the practice. She has wide experience of all aspects of practice management, and is more than happy to talk to patients about any problems they may have with the running of the practice.
Katie Byford, female
Assistant practice manager
Katie joined our team in 2023. Katie assists in the day to day running of the practice across all departments and we welcome her previous management experience.
Receptionists
Claire, Coral, Dianne and Tracy are here to help. Please do not be offended when they ask, as instructed, the reason for appointments. This is in order to prioritise our work and allocate patients to the most appropriate person with the correct time.

Specialist Social Prescriber- Kerry Allen supporting patients in a multitude of ways including Social care advise, Form filling and benefits advise, meal delivery advice, referrals and signposting to other agencies, basic equipment ordering. Social Prescriber- supporting patients in a multitude of ways including a 12 weeks My Weight Matters programme, local support groups and activities signposting, referrals/signposting for gardening, befriending, alcohol and drug addiction plus much more please Contact us if you feel they can help you.
Care Co-ordinator- Hannah Mark helping co-ordinate patients care within the surgery, signposting patients to the right service, welfare calls, prescribing low level safety equipment and much more, please Contact us if you feel she could help you.
